| ArcticNet 0904b, Labrador Fjords CTD Data (ARICE ArcticNet0904b CTD LabradorFjords v20140523)
| The Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD) data was obtained during the 2009 ArcticNet scientific cruise #0904b. The data were collected from November 7 to 13, 2009, aboard the CCGS Amundsen. There were 24 casts associated to 22 stations, located in the Canadian Arctic. The following parameters were measured: temperature, conductivity and pressure (with a Sea-Bird SBE-9plus), dissolved oxygen (Sea-Bird SBE-43), fluorescence (Seapoint chlorophyll fluorometer), Colored Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM) (Haardt backscat fluorometer FL(RT)D), nitrate concentration (Satlantic MBARI-ISUS 5T), transmittance (Wetlabs C-Star transmissometer), currents (RDI LADCP), turbidity (UVP 5), light intensity (Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR); Biospherical Instruments QCP2300) and surface light intensity (sPAR; Biospherical Instruments QCP2200). Quality control procedures were applied to the data. Data are available on the Polar Data Catalogue and at the Marine Environmental Data Service (MEDS) of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.\n\ncdm_data_type = Point\nVARIABLES:\ndepth (m)\nTEMP (sea temperature, degree_Celsius)\nTUR3 (light transmission, percent)\nFLU2 (chlorophyll-a fluorescence, mg/m3)\nPSAL (practical salinity, PSU)\nDENS (sea density [sigma-theta], kg/m3)\nPOTENTIAL_TEMP (sea potential temperature, degree_Celsius)\nSIGMA_THETA (sea sigma-theta, kg/m3)\nDOX1 (dissolved oxygen, ml/l)\nNTRA (Nitrate [NO3-N], MMole/M3)\nLGHT (Immerged incoming photosynthetic active radiation, mE/m2/s)\nLGH4 (Surface incoming photosynthetic active radiation, umole/[m2/s])\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\ntime (Valid Time GMT, seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\ndepth_QC (depth quality flag, 1)\nTEMP_QC (TEMP quality flag, 1)\n...
